Penetrant Plus is a lubricant that frees frozen parts due to rust. It will also neutralize moisture and leave behind a lubricating film. The Penetrant Plus is also great for electrical equipment due to its dielectric properties. There are no chlorinated solvents in the penetrant plus as well as a non silicone PTFE based formula.
