Complete Plastics strives to complete every order as quickly as possible. We typically ship USPS for small items, FedEx for medium sized items, and freight carriers for larger items. We make every attempt to keep our inventory up to date in our WEB STORE but if for some reason a product ordered is not available we will contact you. Our shipping costs are kept as low as possible and are calculated within our WEB STORE software. If the automatic calculation is not accurate we will contact you before your order is charged any extra above what the website originally estimated.
All shipping prices in the WEB STORE are estimated shipping within the continental United States. This does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Italy, and other states or countries outside the continental United States. We ship across the world so please contact us for shipping quotes outside the continental United States.
We offer personal deliver of small and medium sized in-stock products to events we are attending for free and large items for a small fee if we have to pull a trailer. We can deliver larger items such as roof top tents, racks, awnings, etc to you for $1 per mile total distance traveled.
We strive to stock as much merchandise as possible. Please allow sufficient delivery time for a product in the event that it is not in-stock or not immediately available for shipping.
Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt and contact us regarding any warranty issues before you ship an item back to us. If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in shipping and you are not comfortable accepting and keeping the item in it's current state then you should refuse the shipment and tell the shipper to return the item to Complete Plastics. Any damage that occurs in transit is the responsibility of the shipping company, not Complete Plastics. Complete Plastics will work with our customer to settle any shipping claims between the customer and shipping company but replacement or repair of merchandise damaged in shipping is not the responsibility of Complete Plastics.
Items that have been abused, not used for their intended purpose, or otherwise misused will not be warrantied.
Complete Plastics cannot guarantee and/or warranty products that are broken during installation by the customer. We cannot guarantee fit of a rack, tent, ladder, etc unless Complete Plastics installs the product. If the item though has a defect in manufacturing then we will work with the customer to remedy the situation.
All exchanges must be accompanied by an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number provided by Complete Plastics. Contact Complete Plastics to obtain an EMA. No exchanges without an EMA will be honored. No exchanges are allowed on special order items. If you wish to exchange a product it must be postmarked within 30 days of original purchase shipping date, must still be an item that Complete Plastics actively stocks, and must be in new condition including all original packaging, and must not be a sale item. All exchanged items will be charged a 20% restocking fee if received in new condition. Items received not in new condition will be assessed further fees or may be refused at the discretion of Complete Plastics. Exchanges on load bearing recovery equipment are not allowed for liability reasons. The customer must pay all shipping on exchanges and shipping is non-refundable.
